Weekly Menu

Nourishing whole food is the base for meals at KinderSpirit.

We strive to buy locally, serve 95% organic produce, meat/dairy, and involve the children in growing and making our meals as often as possible. A beautiful blessing is sang at each meal, marking our gratitude and thankfulness to Mother Earth and the chef!

Below is an example of what our weekly menu looks like.


 

Homemade granola with milk and seasonal fruit.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Spinach & tomato salad, carrots. Milk.

Bagels with honey butter, fruit & Tea.

MONDAY

 

 

Organic yogurt with blueberries, Os and milk.

Taco bowls deconstructed, avocado, cucumber, Milk.

Cheddar cheese, crackers, fruit & Tea.

TUESDAY

 

 

WEDNESDAY

Muffins we made in the morning, seasonal fruit, milk.

Pasta w/ marinara, chicken sausage, roasted veggies, Milk.

Peanut butter pretzels, fruit & Tea.

 

 

THURSDAY

Almond butter toast, seasonal fruit, and milk.

Chicken with rice and veggie soup, garlic butter, toast. Milk.

Hummus, rice crackers, fruit & Tea.

 

 

FRIDAY

Scrambled eggs w/cheese, seasonal fruit, and milk.

Roasted potatoes, cauliflower, and chicken sausage, Milk.

Sunbutter toast, fruit & Tea.

Granola

3 cups Oats
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 cup ground nuts
2-3 T cinnamon
1 t salt
1 cup Maple syrup or Honey
1/2 cup avocado oil or olive oil
